    Sorry for the late reply.
    Nov.? Too early for Mantas, and Wale sharks, but Anilao would be your best chioce.
    Jan.-Apr. are the prime months for Mantas, and Whalesharks., still, you may get lucky.
    You'll have a great time in Anilao, great diving, not much night-life.
    Anliao is 2 hours south of Manila.
    Puerto Galera is also 2 hour drive then a 45 min. boat ride to Puerto Galera/ Sabang. Sabang has the night-life, with nearby Little LaLaguna beach being quieter. Great diving also. The most varied diving you could find in one place. Recreational; Wreck; deep; shark cave; nature, ( over 600 spc. of nudibranchs in the Verde Is. passage.).

    Im going to philipines in 3 month to dive andhave some holiday, what is the best place? Did you see Mantas and whalesharks?
