    Hello,

    The G12 Fisheye dry lens is essentially the same unit as the UWL-04, just adapted to the dry port for the G12 et al. Therefore I doubt there is any significant improvement between the G12 with dry port version of the UWL-04 and the S95 with the wet version. Yes, the layer of water could slightly degrade the image but please understand, in neither case are we dealing with a lens specifically designed for the camera as we are with a dSLR or the old SLR or Nikonos film cameras. These are "universal" fit lenses but with that said, either will provide excellent results for us play photographers, neither will provide professional results equal to a dSLR purpose made lenses, sensor and other esoteric arguments aside.
