Dive History:
I dive most weekends at the Poor Knights Islands, which are off the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand. It is an amazing sub-tropical marine environmentment with a interesting mixture of temperate water species and tropical species brought down from the tropics by the East Australian Current. This amazing dive environment is where I learned to dive, almost 4 years ago, and I am still regularly, blown away by the abundance of sea life and natural beauty at the dive sites here.
Some of my most memorable diving experiences so far have been the diving with Manta Rays in Thailand around Ko bon and in Ko Lanta and being within arms reachj of some of these magestic giants on several occasions.
Other highlights include diving Sipidan, The Similan Islands and cave diving in fresh water caves along the Mayan Riviera in Mexico.
In July I plan to travel to Africa and dive in Egypt, Tanzania and Mozambique. Can't wait!
