Have been diving for the last 15 years. Got my first try to experience diving while at a young age in the Garrafon Reef in Isla Mujeres. Since that, I've studied Oceanography, mayoring in marine fisheries and marine aquaculture. Worked on mussel, abalone, oyster, yellow tail and bluefin tuna operations in mexican waters, as well as have worked as a field tech for CICESE in a proyect of monitoring the growth and health of kelp forest along the Baja Peninsula, from the most southern point to the USA border. Had the privilege of working in dive monitoring of commercial fish spawning aggregations in the Biosphere Reserve in Sian Ka'an. In all my work experience, I have been directly involved in diving operations, being commercial, scientific or sport diving.
