I was born in a barn, but was so young, I do not remember it. I traveled all around the United States as a kid, and when I was older, I joined the US Navy and then traveled all around the world. Since leaving that fine institution, I have continued my vagabond ways, never having stayed in one place for more than a few years. I have been to 35 countries and travel weekly for my job as a consultant. Which means when vacation time comes, I have lots of FF miles and hotel points to go to cool places and dive. Occasionally, I am able to bring my scuba gear with me while working (like when I spent a few weeks last year working in Hawaii ... there are far worse places to work than Hawaii :-)

I have dove in Cancun, Aruba, Australia, Kona, Maui, Oahu, Kauaii, Charleston, SC., Key West, and Ft. Lauderdale. I recently got a new camera, and underwater housing and began to take photos underwater... really cool.
