Thanks for the offer.I like to be honest about it,that I am new....I found the place called Equus in destin that will basically hold my hand and take me on shore dives and i figure I will do 3 or 4 of those with them.Then i have heard good things about the boat dives out of Port St Joe that kinda caters to new divers,make them feel at ease and comfortable.I consider my self competent,just not experienced and not ready for prime time yet,but if you want to do an easy dive ,pretty much babysit,LOL,,,I will be there from the 22nd til the 29th or so,,just shoot me an email,,,,,hey,,I gotta get started someplace and I figure since I am going to be there anyway,may as well get in the water some how,,,,thanks

Thanks for running the scuba club meeting. I am now set up on scubaboard (obviously). I appreciate the help! The wife and I would be keen on doing a dive at the Navarre pier sometime so if you happen that way it would be great to meet up!
