    Melvin,I am new to the Board,but a regular Advanced Diver (nonhandicap).I noticed a catagory here about Handicap Divers.I have a idea and would like to get some feed back ,if the item I think might be innovative, is present.I welcome your opinion.I'm from the Chi twn area.This is no scam, I have a lagitamit idea.

    Back from the box and retired after 36 years from the Army and Army Reserves. Now when I am 60 I will start to draw a pension. Had lots of fun as an adviser to the Iraqi Special Police Commandos later called National Police. Started the Disabled Veterans SCUBA Project out here in Southern California. Think of it as the west coast version of S.U.D.S. I even became a Dive Master and then an Instructor for NAUI and HSA (Handicapped SCUBA Association). AL hey, must be Ft. Rucker. I have a cousin lives there.
