I spent a great deal of my working life as an educator, teaching and writing; I have authored a couple dozen textbooks and teacher resource manuals. In this function I have traveled all the world conducting workshops, leading teacher-education seminars, and speaking at conferences. Scuba is now my primary career, and I engage in it with no less enthusiasm and dedication than in my long-established profession. Now that scuba has become more than a hobby, I have been trying to learn how to take good photos underwater. I'm still on the steep upward part of that learning curve.
