    Thanks bud! Doc said the arthritis was pretty bad (think I originally did it in about 23 years ago). Things seem to have gone well, and I am out of the sling already and very patiently getting some limited movement. Yep, ice has been my friend. Trying (successfully) to not do meds - maybe one dose a day. Just ice, ice & ice. Thanks again!
