Dive History:
Dove with Larry Smith in East Texas in late 70's and early 80's. He certified me in 1978 and made me a Divemaster in 1980. I was also a member of the East Texas Aquanauts during those years. We did a lot of cave diving in the Florida Springs and made a lot of runs to the Keys in those days. I assisted with his classes at the local YMCA, as well as Kilgore College and helped him certify hundreds of divers. I also helped him at his diveshop several days a week in order to soak up every bit of knowledge I could. Larry was inducted into the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame on 1/30/2009 and I could not be more proud of my lineage. I crossed over to PADI/Divemaster and NAUI/Divemaster in 2008 with John Duggan. Recieved my Instructor under NAUI in 2009 with Peter Oliver at the University of Texas (Peter had also previously done my NAUI Master Diver Cert). Former diver at NASA's Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL). Completed Diver Medic training (DMT) at DAN/Duke University.t
