At age 19 (1975) I took a scuba course (not sure what agency back then) and I missed the one and only chance to do my checkout dives that year. Motocross took over scuba at that point. 2005 after 30 years I finally got certified. I always knew I would.
In 2008 I did my first dive trip with my 17 year old daughter, as she said on the last page of her photo album, "It was pure magic". How lucky am I!
