- I did a discover scuba in Dominican Republic back in 1999. That went REALLY badly but I still liked scuba diving. In 2001 while vacationing in Negril, Jamaica I was so impressed with the instructor (Haldane Henry aka Spider) I tried discover scuba again. That went so incredibly well that I got certified on the spot over the next 2 weeks.
I mostly dive during trips to the Caribbean but this summer I plan on diving in the Kingston, ON, Canada area as well as diving in the Caribbean. - Certification History
