I first got my c card in 1966. I recived my PADI Dive Master 38943 rating in Hawaii back in 1988. I now live in South West Oregon USA. I dive the Wild and Scenic River system here in Oregon. Just recently I made a discovery. A method of panning for placer gold underwater with the use of scuba. I am networking to find certified divers who would be interested in learning this gold recovery system.
