    That sounds great! I am actually in Orlando until next weekend, so she and I are having a very disjointed texting relationship for the week, I'll ask her about it when I get home.

    We are trying to get all of the dives in that we can, but she is also a gymnast, and the schedule is difficult. We have managed to do only one dive since we got certified. I'm hoping to meet more people at megadive, and expand our horizons a little.

    I work during the week, but with a little notice can re-arrange my schedule to accommodate weekdays when she is not in school.

    My facebook page name is molly miller, in Tampa, friend me if you like, right now my profile pic is a very close mask shot Riki took of me in the Gulf - I try to tell Riki that she can only friend people she actually knows in person on facebook, so I will have to circumvent some of my own rules to make this work.
    But it would be really nice for her to know at least one other teenager that dives!

    Hi, saw your post about you and your daughter asking about teen divers. We live near Daytona Beach. I work weekends so when school is in we rarely get to dive but we love it. If you think your daughter would be interested in corresponding with my daughter let me know. None of her friends dive and it might be great for them to know another 14 year old diver. I could give you Hannahs facebook name but I would need to tell her who it is first so she will friend her or give you her email address.

Originally from a very small town in Oregon, I have whined about missing my mountains and opportunities to climb/hike while living in Florida for 27 years. I am probably too out of shape to climb anymore. It recently occurred to me that the Florida Gulf Coast version of a mountain is under the sea - and I need to explore it. this requires getting over a pretty deep seated panic about water in my face - but - my 14 year old daughter is a total fish, and I am committed to jumping in, getting wet, and seeing the world below the surface.
