I just joined my local SHRM chapter recently, but I am looking to become more active. My plate is pretty full right now since I am working on my Divemaster internship and classes, so I may not be able to get too active until the cold weather sets in. I am an HR Manager with a restaurant chain, but have done recruiting and T&D as well - all in restaurants and retail. What local SHRM chapter do you belong to?
