I started diving in 1976 at Anthonys Key in Rotan, Honduras, by being checked out by the dive master. I have dived all over the world without a certification just by getting a resort dive cert. I finally certified with NAUI in 2004, along with my wife, so we could join my daughter and her family in Playa del Carmen for 10 days at Christmas 2005. We have been going back to Cozumel two or three times a year since then.
