Back ground in boating, sport fishing, sport diving and marine natural history, which I have applied in my writing and photographic career spanning back to mid 1980’s.
Publications I have been on retainer for a photojournalist have included Boating Magazine, (as a contributing editor 1985 to 1993), Trailer Boats, Boating Life, Salt Water Sportsman, Sport Fishing, Field & Stream, Nature, Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, Outdoor Photographer, Caribbean Travel & Life, Caribbean World, Skin diver Magazine (1995 to 1999), Scuba Diving Magazine and Sport Diver (from their premiere issue in 1994 to 1996 and 1999 to 2005). In addition to magazine work, my services have expanded in documentary and marine sport film projects that have aired internationally and on stations such as ESPN, The Discovery Channel and Travel Channel.
My entrance into scuba diving in 1976, although I learned snorkel far earlier than that. I believe you never should stop learning, advancing from Nitrox and Trimix to cave diving and diving CCRs – from Drager semi-closed rebreathers to fully closed-circuit models like Inspiration and KISS.
