Diver operator located in northern Banderas Bay

Hello all -- our next trip to PV takes us to northern Bandera Bay between La Cruz and Punta de Mita. Can somebody recommend a diver operator for that part of the bay that DOESN'T charge over $100 for a two tank dive. We will have our own equipment, so we just need a boat, a guide, and tanks & weights.
