We stayed at the Allegro all-inclusive on Cozumel. As for the resort, large, clean, well-maintained, nice rooms and hot showers, great beach and amenities, helpful staff. Food--pretty poor.
ProDive scuba operation was great. Free nitrox on all dives! Terrific DMs and instructors, nice equipment. We used three different boats and they were OK; one was a little tough getting back into but the others were fine. Had one day with 10 people on the boat; I guess they were a little busy over the Xmas holiday. The other days a maximum of 6 divers per boat. Vis was very good.
