I've sent email to tankha ( info at tankha dot com ) several days ago and not gotten a reply. Does anyone have an alternate email? And does anyone know if they are still in business? Thanks

I do not have another email for Tankha but I was in Playa del Carmen in Jan/Feb and they were still in business. I emailed them before my trip to PDC and it took them 2 or 3 weeks to reply. I ended up diving with Geofish (one block closer to the sea than Tankha on the same street) because they replied to my email right away.
If Desiree is there, she's always very prompt at responding to emails. Wonder if she might be away for a couple days or on vacation...? I've used Tank Ha for abour 10 years and have been very satisfied - great staff and good service, so hopefully you'll hear back soon !

Do you have Skype set up on your computer or smartphone? That would be the least expensive way to call. I believe you dial 011-52 etc... I've done that when e-mailing a small hotel and not getting a response. Good luck!
