Chesapeake Bridge/Tunnel

Anyone know what dive operator was diving on the bridge Tuesday the 8th?

I was on my way home from the Norfolk airport and saw a dive boat and divers tied up to the bridge on the span between Virginia Beach and the first tunnel.

I was west bound in the afternoon and didnt notice the dive boat. Could it have been tied in with the construction going on? I believe the Lynnhaven Dive Shop has a boat that also goes out but not sure if it goes to the tunnel.

It was tied up to the west bound span in the area between the two spans, I doubt that anyone driving westbound would have seen it.

I don't know of any dive operators that do the CBBT area but there are plenty of boats that go diving there including me.

I went across the tunnel the other day and saw a boat with a dive flag. It appeared to be commercial divers working on the spans.
