I am looking for a certified PADI instructor somewhere in the north or northwestern VA area who would be interested in administering the dives and acquiring the dive cards for at least 2 people interested in basic open water and 1 person interested in advanced open water. All individuals would take the PADI course online but would need an instructor for the dives. Please respond with rates and contact information if interested. Thanks.
