I am interested in diving in the Baltimore,MD region. Does anyone know of any good sites and/or dive shops in the area?

You're best bet is to speak with some of the LDS' obviously. I hear very little about Chesapeake Bay Diving except for those that dive for the certain oysters and crabs. Viz and currents are supposed to be rough. The only diving I know of in MD is out of Ocean City, bit of a hike from Baltimore.
