Dive Clubs in the Mid-Atlantic Area

Any recommendations for the most active Dive Clubs around DC? If it is on the Virginia side even better. I am looking for dives on the atlantic ocean leaving from Ocean City, Virginia Beach, or NC.

Kevin Sabo has organized the Northern Virginia Wreck Divers Club. It meets the second Wednesday of every month. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, May 9 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. They meet in Fairfax at the The Dive Shop at the corner of Rt 29 and Nutley in the PanAm Shopping Center. Contact kevin at thedivestop-va.com

Southeast Virginia Scuba Divers Club is out of Hampton, so a little far from you, but we are very infromal, and do some cool dives. Going to Wilmington for Megladon teeth on the 12th of may if you are interested.

Olney Scuba Adventure Dive Club holds meetings the first Thursday of the month at the Aquatic Center on Georgia Avenue in Olney, MD. Very active club. Here is the link to the website.

I am part of the Atlantis Rangers club.
We have a club trip planned out of Morehead City this August, along with several trips out of Ocean City.
We meet in Laurel on the second Friday of the month.
