    SCUBA Lamp for sale

Lamps made from retired SCUBA tanks. With or without shade.
120 VAC. Lamp is turned on by turning the valve knob. Size
is of a lamp for a desk or night stand.
$75 with shade. $65 without. Shade shown came from
Lowes. You can save yourself the shipping cost of the shade
as it comes in a seperate box. Any lamp shade store would
have any number of sizes and shapes that would suit or
    compliment your decor.
Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees. USPS money order
    acceptable as well.

    actually a nice concept..
if you can twist the valve and the light turns on/off (like a dimmer), would be an even better concept..
oh yeah, stripping and repainting the tank (or what's left of it) won't hurt..
    goodluck..

Love these! I would like to keep the tank complete on one though. Would you be interested in making just the lamp part for a full tank? I have the valve.

    Fab,
The switch portion of the lamp requires access from the bottom side. And I need to have hand access all the way up to the underside of the valve. I'm sure an alternative could be designed but it would make the cost prohibitively expensive.

You can do a "full tank". You just put a regular switch socket on it. Then, a bigger shade.
