Here is another fish I couldn't identify

It was found in Roatan, Honduras. I think we were about 20-30 feet. It was about 2 inches long and pretty much sitting there on top of a bit of the reef. When he moved he sort of swam/hopped along like a blenny. Unfortunately the other pics were too fuzzy, but the "fin" that grew off it's head in front of the dorsal fin looked exactly like a second eye from the side.

Diamond Blenny (Malacoctenus boehlkei). One of my favorite fish. Often hang out around anemones.
