I dont want to create a memory effect but I just purchased my Lifeline and was wonder how often to charge it. I charged it fully and played with it a bit but I never turn it on. When should you charge it? I dont want it sitting for 2 weeks and then I need it because of a upcoming trip and it say it has 75% battery? What would you do? Charge it at 75% or let it run down more?

If it has a LiON battery there should be no problem. I've been looking for the specs but I'm not able to fins which kind of battery it uses.

Hi RDRINK25,

If you are leaving the Lifeline in storage for a long period if time, it is good to get it fully charged at least every 2-3 months. Most importantly, get it fully charged before taking it out for a trip. It takes about 6 hours to get the Lifeline fully charged from a dead state.

Feel free to contact us at techsupport@nautiluslifeline.com if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
The Lifeline Team
