I don't see much of an 'incident' there - the guy just spotted a Great White and then nothing happened. Divers in South Africa see Great Whites regularly on dives.

As an attack wasn't forthcoming from the shark, there's no 'lesson learned' about the 'shark repellent device' either. There normally only work in quite close range - so it wouldn't have made a difference anyway, as the shark didn't investigate or attack the divers.
