Will be going through my OW class in a few weeks and just bought a set of equipment... already had an oceanic geo 2.0 watch from freediving

bcd- zeagle ranger
reg- atomic b2
octo- atomic z2
computer- oceanic pro plus iii have geo 2.0 watch also

is this a good kit to start with?

As I have said before, it's kind of silly to ask us if you made a good decision, when it's already made.

Everything works, right? Learn to dive it. It's what you have!

At this stage, what would you do if someone said "no"?

Jump off the cliff?

amazingly no one has said it yet, but most people are thinking it would have been better not to buy anything major before you have done your class - for a variety of good reasons that have been covered ad nauseum on other threads. But you have, and it's perfectly good stuff. So enjoy.

It's all fine gear, I had a Zeagle Tech, great BCD, I had an Oceanic ProPlus, great air integrated computer. I still dive my Atomic B2, great reg set.
