Boat Diving in Buzzards Bay, Cape Cod Bay

Have any of you found any good sites to dive in Buzzards Bay or on other end of canal in Cape Cod Bay? (either towards plymouth or towards Sandwich) reason I ask is a co-worker invited me to dive off his boat next week I just remember that the cape is a big sand bar. we won't be lobstering. Just interested in diving anywhere worth seeing.
