The bill to allow taking lobster by scuba in New
Hampshire has passed the House. Now we need to get it
through the Senate. Please forward this to everyone
who dives in NH.

Sorry but the lobster bill that is going through the House has no provisions for taking lobsters when scuba diving. That is still illegal and will remain that way for at least the next year. If we can get a new bill through to allow scuba divers to harvest lobsters, we might be able to start grabbing the bugs. This will not happen until 2007 at the earliest.
