Peeka and I dove Cathedral Rocks in Rockport this am. The wind was strong but Cathedral was out of the weather. The surge was enough to reduce the visibility to 20' or less but still good. The water temp was a low of 43 and a high of 48. The bottom was 82'. Not alot of life. Did see a small school of pollack, some small lobsters at 60' and below and a possible dogfish.

This is a great place to dive. We are use to diving from a boat but this was a real treat. It was interesting exiting the water as there was quite a surge. There was also a group of photographers watching us exit on our hand and knees. I don't have any desire to see those pictures.

There were two brothers (twins I think) freediving in wetsuits. They were not warm but they didn't seem to mind. The air temp was in the low 30's with a stiff breeze so I can't imagine being wet.
