'Bandit' star Reed dies at 71 - CNN.com


For those who don't know him, he was best known for roles such as "The Snowman" in the movie series "Smokey and the Bandit" (1977) (He drove the truck).

And also he sung the theme songs for the movie "East Bound and Down".
 
Dude you just ruined my day :crying:

I saw him in concert at the county fair many years ago. He was one of my favorite artists from childhood. "When you're hot you're hot" was one of my favorite songs!
