As this year comes to a close, I hope everyone takes time to reflect on this past year. Take account of your successes and failures. Learn from these. Also, remember that when things fail to turn out the way we may want there is always a reason. We may not appreciate it, but there is a reason.

Take a moment and remember those we have lost both friends and foe.

Cherish the good, forgive any transgressions. But never forget, always learn.

Most of all, live life to the fullest and never take anything or anyone for granted. There may never be another day.

Happy new year to all.

Well said. A safe happy and healthy New Year to you and yours. Hope everyone has a better 2014 than 2013.

Good words of wisdom. I think most of us think about them more as we age.

Thanks everyone.

I am getting "older", some may venture to even say I am maturing, finally.

There are to many nay sayers in this world today.

Getting older is inescapable. Growing up however is highly over rated and is best put off for as long as possible. I am 44 and believe I am still 12 at heart.

As usual I am late to the party. Excellent words for starting a new year.

Best to you LB! and everybody else too.
