    My LDS is awesome!

My regulator hoses needed replaced. It was Sunday afternoon when I dropped the reg off, and told them I was diving Thursday evening without any chance of stopping by the shop to pick it up.

Coastal Marine Diving Supply is quite a bit out of my way, and there are closer shops. But they have always treated me right. Again, I was not disappointed. They changed out the hoses for me AND arranged a more convenient location for me to pick it up in plenty of time for my Thursday night dive. Now how cool is that? This is what I call Customer Service!

Thanks Mike, Brian, Joe and John!

While it is nice to hear success stories about LDSs, I'm afraid I must be missing something with this one. Why didn't they just change out your hoses while you waited on Sunday?

They were too busy, and the guys there at the time don't usually do the repair work.
