Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some new and interesting ways to cook my lobsters. I'm getting ready to hit it hard in September and have tried all the standard ways to cook 'em. Does anyone know some unusual ways to prepare them? I have a great recipe for Lobster Diablo and will usually make them this way. It's a baked, stuffed casserole type of dish.
I posted elsewhere about this subject and got to recipes already. One for Lobster Cheesecake and the other for Lobster Pasta. The pasta sounds good but I'm not to sure about the cheesecake!
