    Crab

    I just had my first Crab of the Season and it was terrific.........
    It was unusually sweet.

    did you catch it yourself, or buy? I picked some up at Safeway last week, they are good. can't beat the bay area on so many levels.

    Yup..

    Have had many crabs all over the country-King,Snow,Soft Shell,
    Blue,Stone-even some crab in Roatan they call King?
    Nothing beats a fresh Dungeness!!!
    I cooked a fresh one the other night asian style- with lots of chili and garlic AWESOME!!
    You got to love this Bay Area!
