    Sat - Sun 6/25-26 MHC

Sat- Rough, seas building b/c of the low off the coast. Made it to the Hutton. 30' viz 73F temp. Nothing new. A few sand tigers still hanging around. They seem to be making a pretty consistent showing over the last 2 years.

Sun- Forecast looked bad but decided to see what it was about. The weather men/women seem to have a tough time predicting the weather around here Rolled the dice and hit the jackpot. Some large SSE swells but lots of separation so a decent ride out. Decided on the Papoose and were treated to 65+ viz and 76 temps. Made two dives there. Saw a baby, baby sand tiger 18-20". Smallest I've seen off the coast here. A few octopi, two slipper lobster and one turtle that promptly moved off the wreck when the divers got in the water. All in all a decent weekend.

Hope everyone has a good week. I'll post another update when I get back out later this week. -coop

Thanks coop. I have to admit I was wary of the forecast. Sounds like the Papoose was awesome.
