While watching the show Ice Road Truckers on the History Channel they mentioned a company called Artic Divers Ltd. They may be able to point you in the right direction. I found the following info during a search.
Well Arctic Divers is actually a commercial diver outfit, a facebook group called YK Diamond Divers has been started. Anyone interested in getting a dive community in Yellowknife together, should check it out. Just started, currently only have 4 people. but always looking to get more dive buddies.
