Why is Project Aware trying to promote Shark/Ocean Conservation while their image shows a person wearing a Chinese Red Army hat; the country with the most horrific record of Shark Finning in the world?

Poor choice of photo composition Project Aware :(
 
Im guessing that was an oversight but good catch. Tough staying on your toes with the watchful online eye.
