    Lens Cleaning

Is it necessary to clean the Neptune lens before using like you do with a regular mask, i.e. soft scrub, etc. Also, what is the best hood for a good seal? Thanks-

I'm not sure if it the best hood, but I use SeaSoft C3/Pro Hood. Designed for full face mask.
