Hi, Our store sold my sister-in-law a ProPlus2.1, she loves the size of the numbers. After one pool sesion we we're running sims/demo's to get falmilar with it had it went blank. As the store tech, I replaced the battery assuming that it my have had an old battery fron the store. All segments light up and it will not initialize. Any thoughts?
That's clearly not good. See if you can pull some strings to replace it from stock - and have them coordinate a replacement with our service department.
