Oceanic Geo 2 Download Issue

I have downloaded the driver software & the OceanLog software but I can't seem to transfer the data from my Geo 2. When I connect the cable, I get the PC screen on the Geo 2 & the 2 minute countdown but there is no prompt to download the data and my PC doesn't recognize the Geo 2 as a drive. Any suggestions?

The 2 minute countdown is like a time window for you to initiate the download from the software.

It doesn't act like a drive with an automatic pop up to start the download.....

Thanks Brad! Would I use the import function on OceanLog? I tried that and got some odd files - they look like samples already loaded in the OceanLog software. When I use the import function, I can't choose the Geo 2. I'm at work now but I'll look at it when I get home.

Yes, import using the software.

To be honest, I gave up on oceanlog after the first time I used it. I use Subsurface, which is free and multi platform.
