I dunno. Some of the guys I hunt with use thick gloves in the winter, but I managed to grunt through with the light ones. Coldest the water got was 57. I might get a pair & see how I like it this winter. I do like using the lightest glove I can stand, I've found that as long as I'm not cold, I do OK with the lighter ones. So far
