Exclamation Help starting a Scuba School

    Hi All,

To cut a long story short after many years of being a slave to the city working environment I now have a chance to do something amazing. I have a high powered friend who trades for a bank in the city of London. We were recently out one night and he told me how he manages a private multi million pound fund set up by some rich party boys in the city. He has been tasked to find "cool" and "exciting" projects to invest in. I mentioned how I wanted to start a string of scuba schools across the world (a distant dream I've had for a while) and he thought it was a great idea. I have to put together a business plan for him to present and he has promised to recommend it to them. In short I'm struggling to put something good together.
Can anyone give me any ideas on how much a single school costs to put together, good locations anywhere in the world to set up a shop(s) and some convincing figures to show how we can make a profit.
In all seriousness if somebody has the know how I will need a partner (technically an employee) to help and if you have these answers we could work together and make this happen.
The money is there I just have to go and get it!

    Thanks,

    James

You can make a small fortune in running a dive business.

Step one. Start off with a large fortune.........
