M4/3 lens advice for land use

Looking at the Olympus native m4/3 75-300mm and the Panasonic native m4/3 100-300. Will be used for bird pics along coast on my E-PL1. Which one is better and why?

I have Oly kit 14-42mm, Oly 40-150mm, and Panny 7-14mm. It's time to gain more reach on land.

    Olympus 75-300mm f/4.8-6.7 M.Zuiko Lens for Micro Four 261507

    Panasonic Lumix G Vario 100-300mm F/4.0-5.6 OIS Lens H-FS100300

That is an easy one... the oly lens is a F 4.8 to 6.7...is really good up to and a bit over 200 mm, and well, has soft edges at 300mm.

The Panasonic is cheaper, is a better 300mm lens and is a F4 to 5.6..

Sadly, it is also optically stabilized (which you don't need).

You could, however look at some of the bigger lens...and use an adapter...not what ou want if you are hiking around with it, but if on a tripod...you have some excellent choices that would cost less.

You might also look at the 50-200 F2.8. It is optically much better and focuses very fast. I know you want the longer zoom but this lens is so good and so fast that you may find you get a better image with a moving subject. I'd use the original Panasonic adapter on it, the current Oly adapter is so plastic.

Amazon price is down to $524 on panny 100-300mm so I ordered it last night. For the time being I want m4/3 size because i place all gear in a small tank bag and go picture hunting from my motorcycle. Might look for a larger sized 300mm lens in the future for really dedicated shots.
