That looks like a re branded YS-01 to me......

agreed on "looks", but likely not just rebranded.

if it follows the ufl-1 and ufl-2 then it will have a sea and sea housing with olympus internals.

The new UFL-3 specs have different temperature and a bit higher guide number than the S&S....

Newer used oly flashes, but I hope that in the RC mode camera battery will last MUCH longer (now have to change every 2 dives) and the recharge time would be faster (now we have to wait for the camera to charge its flash again...) May be it will also be a bit more accurate...
