I've been trying to get a RMA to return a pair of fauly pair of flip fins without success.
No responses to my email or voice messages.
Did they go out of business?
That would be a bummer.
I love their flip fins and until now the customer srvice has been out of this world.
I've been using the flip fins for 5yrs, since they first came out and wouldn't want to use any other fin. I had a issue and tried to contact them repeatedly over the past few weeks. No response. Prior to now, they've been fantastic with customer service. Went to my dive shop who sold me the fins and they said they haven't been able to get them either and assumes they are out of business and are selling their fins for $160. Really disappointed that they seem to be out of business as I thought the fins were absolutely great.
The location WAS a mile from my house. Last time I drove by (last summer), the unit was vacant and an eviction notice on the door. Phone is also disconnected. I say they are long gone. Shame, I love their fins too.
