Any reviews of Brockville area scuba charter operators?

I'm hoping to try out some local diving in the Brockville area since I don't live too far away in Montreal. Any reviews of Brockville area scuba charter operators?

    Abucs

    Hi Clint,

This is not a comparison of boats, as I don't have a lot of experience with other operators, but I have dove several times with Abucs Scuba http://www.divebrockville.com and would recommend them. They leave the dock when they say they will, are knowledgeable about the dive sites, and handle the boat well.

Good luck, you'll love the diving in Brockville.

Thanks Bill, I heard about Abucs as they seem to be the most advertised operator in that area.

I highly recommend Tom Scott from Underwhere, and Wayne Green from 1000 Islands Pleasure Diver. http://diveunderwhere.com/ http://www.islanddiver.ca/

tell us publically please. I have heard nothing but good reviews of Helen Fowler-Cooper and her operation. Personally I wouldn't use them because I don't like their boats. the 2 I have recommended are very techy-doubles-stages friendly boats.

I've used ABUCS when it was just my wife and I in the 1000 islands for a week and did a charter with Seaway Visions on an orginized trip with my LDS. I've had good experiences with both operators.

I don't feel it right to pubically bash someone. I can send a PM if you like. Thanks!
