I would make my travel plans to Pohnepi through www.mdaguam.com Talk to Cindy at the travel desk. I think there is still only one dive operator there and only two different places to stay. The Island of Pohnpei is much nicer than Chuuk. Also there are alot more Manta Rays there than in Yap.
